The place is always dirty, the Laredo taco almost never has fresh food and is quite unsanitary. I was once told by a cashier to let the person behind me to check out first. At this point I'm done giving this place my money, in the pictures you'll see Fridays delivery and today is Monday at the time of posting. The workers were so lazy that the folks that unloaded the trucks were stocking shelves. The roustabout just down the road has lost much of my money to this place because the 711 is closer and more convenient in my route. I will now go out of my way to avoid the 711. From now on, my money will go to the roustabout. I've seen cooperate managers try to fix the place and still ends up a mess. I highly recommend the roundabout that is a few blocks south of the 711, they are cleaner and over all more polite. If I ever see an improvement I will reconsider my 0.5 star. -

It a 7-11 but man they never have hot food ready when I go that taco side of the place surprised it open still that food is never fresh. Restroom they need to hire better cleaner 😕

The bathrooms tell you what type of management is here! How would you like your family subjected to this filth? I haven’t been in a store this disgusting for a long time. The coffee bar and other service areas are not well stocked or clean, yet there’s plenty of staff standing around talking about personal stuff…

Where do I start with this place? Restroom is 100% guaranteed to be absolutely disgusting, after 5:00 pm hardly any hot food available. Coolers are always down so no cold food either. For the most part employees are cool, looks more like a management issue, the employees don't control most of what's going on. Should've built a Maveriks or Loves gas station, 711 is such a headache. Update- the Laredo employees are terrible, most of them don't speak English but their customer service is non existent. One employee is on the as I'm checking out, not one time did she say anything to me or even stop/pause her conversation. The employees at night are awesome and some of them in the morning are awesome. If it weren't for those employees I wouldn't bother going there. I spend too much money there to have to deal with their unprofessionalism (that starts with management), I'm just asking for basic customer service, I don't think that's too much to ask...
