  Tried Albertos for the first time the other day. The service was truly incredible, our server was so attentive. I haven't had service that good in a really long time, anywhere. Food was also good, I would return here again.
  
  Only complaint is that it does seem a bit pricey. It is good food, just probably 15-20% more expensive than I would like to see compared to the portion size.

  To be transparent, it's been years since I've been here... but I'm so glad they're still in business!! I absolutely loved this place, the shredded beef burrito was so good. I crave it to this day, but live 5 hours away. The salsa was always good, I can't recall any bad experiences, and it was a regular spot when I lived nearby.

  I recently ordered a smothered burrito for take out from Alberto’s and when I had gotten home and eaten some of it I bit into a hard piece of plastic. I then continued to look through the burrito and found MULTIPLE big chunks of it throughout. When I called and asked for a refund the manager said that they have to get permission from “the boss” and that they’d call me back the next day after taking my name and number. I waited and didn’t get a call the next day so I called again and I got told the same exact thing. Never got a call the next day. I called for 7 days straight. 7!!!! I got told the same thing every single time and now they are refusing to give me a refund. Terrible service for real. Not only was my food ruined and a $20 burrito thrown right into the trash but it was also a huge choking hazard and who knows if they even went and checked all the rest of the food that day. Super disappointed. My family definitely won’t be returning and will be steering people to a better restaurant.

  Reminds our family of childhood flavors, so we appreciate the familiarity. Service is quick and kind, food is delicious, classic marg is delicious. Also, to go margs are EXCELLENT (one goes a LONG way!). Large portions so we have never left hungry. Only complaint is the minimal combo options, and à la cart is pricy. Even knowing this, Alberto’s is constantly in our rotations (especially on half-price marg Tuesday!)

  I get breakfast burritos here a couple times a week! I love this place. drive thru is amazing and convenient! don't forget some green chili it's awesome to sm9ther you burritos! it's really good!
