Me and my daughter visited Greeley on Wednesday, decided to have tacos for lunch and found this place online. But after looking at the menu we both wanted more than just tacos. So I ordered Borrego Dona Maria, the lamb shank was tender and juicy and perfectly seasoned. Daughter had Maria Molcajete served sizzling hot a tad salty but bursting with flavor and that kick from Spicey roasted jalapeño. We also shared a bowl of Birria soup and of course we had Birria tacos which were all very good. Also the complimentary chips and salsa tasted fresh and delicious.
Our server was very friendly and attentive, we stayed a bit longer to finish watching the England v Argentina world cup semifinal.
I will definitely recommend this restaurant. Our server said they have another location in Lakewood which is closer to home, so will be checking out that one too.

Definitely recommend! This is a very thoughtfully run establishment. The quesabirria was delicious and, as shown in my photos, generously filled with QUALITY beef. Not one of my tacos had hunks of fat mixed in with the meat. To me, that proves they hand sort the beef to ensure the best possible customer experience! That added touch takes a lot of extra time and effort, and I appreciate it greatly!

Another beautiful touch is how they serve the optional toppings for the quesabirria. They provide a trio of ramekins that hold the diced onion, cilantro, and hot chili sauce. This allows the customer to control how spicy the food is, how much onion they use, and for those of us who have the unfortunate taste buds that make cilantro taste like soap, it allows cilantro to be completely optional! Most mexican restaurants mix their onion and cilantro together, so there's no way to completely omit it.

The restaurant atmosphere is relaxed, clean and casual, with spanish music neatly covering your neighboring table's conversation and setting the mood for the environment. The bathrooms are spotless and had a delightful fruity fragrance that was welcoming and clean. It added to the wonderful ambiance and showed such great care for the guest experience. Every aspect of this dining experience made it clear that the customer experience is the priority here! The staff was welcoming and attentive.

What a treat! I will certainly return!

The food was amazing! We loved everything we ordered! We started with the tacos definitely birria and it was just so good. I then ordered beef and shrimp fajitas, and it was flavored wonderfully. I can't remember exactly what my daughters ordered but their food was excellent as well. We ordered a ceviche to go, and it was a bit pricey but was totally worth it. They put a lot of shrimp and it was great in flavor. We also ordered another taco de birria to go because we loved it so much but sadly, they forgot to give us the console, which was kinda disappointing because it was a bit expensive and we were looking forward so much to it. The only other thing we didn't like much are the flour tortillas because they were a bit thick and not much flavor, but not a biggie. The rice was just okay, but the refried beans was really good. All in all, it was excellent food! We definitely recommend it and we will be back!

I didn't like the quesabirria tacos I ordered 2 where beef and the 3rd was goat . I couldn't finish it it tastes horrible. My wife had the 2 amigos and the carne asada was overcooked after the fact my wife requested it to be medium rare. Was almost burnt. The camarones al Diablo the sauce was not very good and too thick my wife said. Also the guacamole was all black and gross. Worst Mexican food we have had yet. The restaurant is so small and way too crowded hated the atmosphere there. Waitresses are not very nice not amable. I do not recommend this place to no one. We have eaten at over 2200 restaurants in our lives and this place is by far the worst we have ever tried. First time I have never eaten everything on my plate and today was that day. We are from Fort Collins Colorado and they plan on opening one up here soon good luck with that. Las delicias and El Toro loco food truck is 100 times better and half the price. We should of complained about our food and experience because this place is not right at all.
