I come in here semi-regularly and the staff is always friendly. The crepes are awesome and I like the coffee too much to come here every day because I'd end up with diabetes, though it's almost worth it. I bring my laptop and bang out some emails sometimes and it's a nice environment for that.

I would love to see if they could find and test-run white coffee. I discovered it in Washington and.... 😱🤤

We recently hosted a team meeting at Black Sheep Coffee and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was super helpful in accommodating our group, and went above and beyond to make sure that everyone was taken care of. They also made the process incredibly easy.

The coffee shop is cute, clean, and comfortable. The food and drinks delicious! Highly recommend this spot!

My husband and I have lived in Johnstown for about a year and a half now and we just discovered this place! I’m actually mad I didn’t discover it sooner!! It’s such a cute joint with friendly and inviting staff, delicious coffee, and the breakfast is amazing!! We both ordered a bacon, sausage, egg and cheese crepe. My husband got his with green chili and he said the green chili was quite tasty. They do NOT skimp on portions either! The crepes are HEFTY and super protein packed! Neither of us could even finish them so we had to take half of them home! My husband loved the cold brew he got, and I got a seasonal pumpkin spice latte and it was so good!! For dessert we got a chocolate Nutella crepe with cinnamon sugar on top with a chocolate drizzle. It was amazing!! The rustic atmosphere is so calming and cozy and we will definitely be returning!! I only wish I knew about this when I had family in town a couple weeks ago!

Sweet and savory crepes were delicious. Coffee was good. Comfortable ambiance. Bathrooms, particularly the floor and the toilet could use a little attention.

I was genuinely excited to try this place. When a restaurant puts a specific dish in their name, you expect it to be their specialty. Unfortunately, our visit was a huge disappointment. We were traveling through the area and the 4.7-star Google rating gave me high hopes, but the reality fell completely short. I'm generally not one to confront staff or demand a refund in person, but I certainly felt we deserved one.
My girlfriend, Alissa, noticed right away that the café lacked that inviting, buttery aroma you’d expect from a crepe shop, but I brushed the warning off. We ordered a few crepes, including a savory mushroom and egg crepe, and the sweet "Breakfast at Tiffany's" (yogurt, strawberries, granola, and honey).
If you are expecting a traditional, European-style authentic crepe-soft with a rich, buttery flavor-prepare to be let down. The savory crepe was incredibly dry and completely bland. The mushrooms were poorly prepped (unpeeled and haphazardly chopped), and the eggs were flat and lifeless rather than light and fluffy. I only ate it because we were starving and pressed for time. The "Breakfast at Tiffany's" crepe, however, was completely inedible. Whatever was inside looked like yogurt but tasted completely unnatural, and I had to just throw in the towel. Alissa ordered a sweet crepe as well, and she was equally unimpressed with the dry, tasteless batter.
To top it off, my Mocha Frappuccino was just okay, but it was definitively missing the extra espresso shot I paid for. Spending $48.67 on a meal that leaves you frustrated and hungry is unacceptable, and we won’t ever be returning.
Since your namesake is "crepes," I highly recommend revisiting your foundation. Please stop serving dry, flavorless wraps and calling them crepes. Here is a traditional, authentic recipe so you can see the difference:
    A Proper European Crepe Recipe
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    2 large eggs
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted (plus more for the pan)
    Instructions:
    1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs.
    2. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine.
    3. Add the salt and melted butter, and beat until smooth. (Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes for the best texture).
    4. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe.
    5. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
    6. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn, and cook the other side.
