Question what is the pink plant in the lake? I think it's a algae is it something bad for the kids to be in the Lake? have to wear shoes cuz there's a lot of broken fishing lures very very sharp. And on the beach side of the lake there's a lot of those poke goat heads they attach themselves to your tennis shoes make sure you take them off before you get back in the car

Bring your bug spray! There appear to be big bass in the lake but I couldn’t figure out a lure they would strike on. No luck with rubber worms.

Cute lake, nice to walk around. Be aware if you walk barefoot in the sand, there are a lot of goat heads. The playground is kept up with well, and there is a shaded picnic area as well as a tennis court.
