I felt like a toasted sub which is rare and I ended up ordering some other deliciousness that I didn't need. It all tasted so good. The service was great also. Oh! The GOO Balls was amazing.

My absolute favorite restaurant! So healthy and delicious, I don’t for one second consider this a fast food restaurant. From the very first time eating at this establishment, I was BEYOND IMPRESSED! The quality of the food is 5 stars (wish I could give more than just 5 stars), along with the customer service and just everything about it! I literally eat here a few times a week! This is the ONLY place I’ll go to go out and eat at! It’s also the only food I will eat warm, cold, fresh, or old! 🤭 it’s good all the time! And the employees are so friendly all the time! And not to mention- they have SO MANY CHOICES - including their “secret stash” menu! I love the rewards program they have on the app I have and signed up to get notified when there are specials going on! I LOVE CHEBA HUT 🛖!!!!!!
Thank you to everyone that is a part of this establishment being open, staying open, and a special thank you to all the employees that make the environment enjoyable and even kid friendly with having games to play inside at the tables! 💜

Had a minor issue with my order & I called the store, the store lead/manager was very nice. They offered a refund, i said it wasn't a big deal since I was only missing an add on. Instead I asked for a dessert and they said that was fine. They offered me 2 desserts and were super friendly. The next day I even received a text follow up. Service is 12/10 ☆☆☆☆
Otherwise both our orders were 🔥

I mean... it was still tasty, of course, but it looked like it had barely been toasted. It was warm, so I know it had been through the toaster, but that signature crunchy, golden crust was definitely absent today.

My only guess is that the bread got a little too baked this afternoon, got distracted by the munchies, and wandered out of the toaster before the job was finished.
