  I would like to give a shout-out to Sophi! My partner and I went to this location two days ago, and she really held down the fort. She was the only one making orders, and we came in around 9:45 PM and saw several people come in around 10:45 near closing with their kids and large families, and Sophi made all the orders and was extremely kind under pressure! She apologized to everyone for the long wait, even though the people behind us who came near closing kept making complaints about the wait, she was still happy, gave a smile, and did her absolute best under pressure! We had several people in front of us, and being greeted with kindness, even when the blender was not working, and she was doing everything all alone, made the wait worth it! By far the kindest employee I've encountered here! I myself panic under pressure, and she was calm and such a light. I give her a 10/10 and give that girl a raise because I have never seen anyone so collected during a terrible rush! and she's a student on top of it.

  I am not sure who owns this Cold Stone… but you need to do better. There’s always only 2 people working and a massive line out the door. We decided to order online tonight. Big mistake. My boyfriend picked up the order only to find out when he got home it was missing the waffle bowls. He then had to drive back to get them (i know we should have looked but they should also do their job). I am not enjoying it on the couch and realized the extra topping (cookie dough) I PAYED FOR (like the bowls you have to pay for) is not in the ice cream. I’m sorry, idk how hard it is to make ice cream or follow directions… but every experience at this cold stone sucks.

  My family and I went in to this location on 04/13/2026. We were subsequently overcharged and when I notified the employees the manager came out and said that they charge extra for when two different flavors are mixed together. This wasn’t correct and was even confirmed by the store owner. Carissa, the manager is rue as all hell and a liar. The owner advised me VIA email to go back in and get my refund and a free ice cream which I appreciated. I went back in a week later to get my refund and ice cream and Alyssa (an employee” wanted to argue with me after showing her the email from the franchise owner. Alyssa contacted the store manager (Carissa) and she claimed the refund was already given which was a total lie. I ended up emailing the owner again and finally on my third trip back they refunded me $11.39. I’m not sure why the employees and manager made this entire situation as difficult as it was but it was crazy haha and ridiculous. I won’t be giving them my business ever again. Thanks, Natalie for finallnfetting me my refund.

  Feel completely ripped off. Instead of doing one ice cream and asking what the next one would be the employee asked me to tell her all three at once. When I did that a second and third employee then took the other two orders from me. First girl messed up the size and mix ins for my ice cream. When I asked her about the size she told me she did it correct but then the other two ice creams I got proved her to be wrong. Will add photos. Bottom two were supposed to be GOTTA HAVE IT tops yellow is LOVE IT. Notice how one is actually above the cup like it should be?. So I was charged for two GOTTA HAVE IT ice creams but only received one… this place is already outrageous.
