  I order online and go through the drive thru. I know it sounds weird but I appreciate how they ask me my last name for my order. I actually had a mix up somewhere else where they gave me someone else's order because our first name was the same. It ended up being me saying it was the wrong order and them refusing to take it back. I only ordered 2 drinks and ended up with a family worth of food and had to argue to get my drinks.
  Anyway, DQ is always consistently good ice-cream and treats. Highly recommend for quality and service.

  The Cheeseburger I ordered didn't even taste like regular ground beef , it had a nasty unnatural taste...... horrible ! The French Fries tasted like all the food that was ever deep fried in whatever nasty cooking oil was in the deep fryer . The cheese they used , so they could call it a cheeseburger was the type you squeeze out of a container at a 7-11 convenience store , nasty ! I can't imagine how anyone can eat that crap !

  Very rude employee at the window. First they gave me the wrong order and I asked nicely for my large instead of small order they gave me and instead of understanding she asked “so do you want a refund?” I told her no I want my order size I wanted. She then slammed the window without any communication and returned with my correct size and slammed her window again. No apology or goodnight or anything. Very rude for no reason. Girl with long black hair and glasses maybe get a job without customer service duties..
