  Saturday. Running late for cooking. I decide to try a sando from the new Domino's in Frederick at about 10:15pm. Whoa!! Donovan was a professional and very helpful showing me some things on different menus. Bottom line the food was hot, fresh, and really well prepared. I will be frequenting this Domino's, (as it is my home town). Thanks fellas! great food.

  I placed an online order on Saturday at 8:30 am to pick up 3 pizzas and breadsticks at 11:45. When I arrived at 11:45 I was told by the only employee who was working there that my order wasn't ready and that she hadn't even started making my order. She said she was very busy but could start making my order at that time. I told her I would have appreciated a phone call letting me know my order wasn't going to be ready in time, but she said she was too busy to even make the call. She said she could have my oder ready in about 25 minutes. I didn't have much choice, since I was suppose to arrive at an event at noon for their lunch break. I arrived at the event 5 minutes before lunch break was over. I tried contacting customer service which was a bot who said someone would contact me soon. Its been over 72 hours and I still haven't heard from anyone. This Dominos has poor management, terrible scheduling and pizza that may or may not be ready when you expect it.

  Food is always spot on and service is usually pretty good as well. Just not a great day for the atmosphere there. Employees need to remember is work time and not harp and complain at a new worker time lol. One employee was unprofessional and annoying, she just kept harassing another employee about the same thing, following her around instead of doing her job. Otherwise a great spot for wings and pizza.

  I ordered 4 specialty pizzas on a coupon for $17 each, came out to about $74 after tax so i tipped about 22% or $16 tip which would came out to $90 and someone modified my tip to be $24 so the bill came out to be $98 with tip. Yes its $8 but I already tipped well, this was a special occasion (a birthday), I don't eat out much to save money. Then to go and tip yourself more is just crazy, ill never go there again because of this.

  Ordered delivery tonight, right around the corner from the store and my order was delivered to the wrong address. Still had to come pickup my order and still had to pay for their mistake. Ridiculous, will never return.
