  For my sons 6th birthday party I took 10 kids+ included parents swimming. No one explained what the wrist bands for kids under 6 at entry meant, turns out you cannot be farther than an arms length away from a child with a wrist band. Was suggested 4 times (for kids who can swim) to be in life jackets and for 2 more hours the life guards relentlessly told us all the things we couldn't do.. we couldn't move the chairs to actually be near the shallow section (they are hidden behind the water slide) we were told to stand, don't let the kids jump into the 4' section, kids cant sit on the edge of the hot tub or be in it, it's 16+. 7 life guards on duty, all wearing socks, not one touched water in the 2 hours we were there. One female lifegaurd verbally complained she was splashed and her socks got wet. I had jumped in to pull my son from the current while a lifeguard walked past. One male life guard heckled us to the point we as a collective group felt the need to leave an hour early. First time here.. we won't be back after such a poor experience.

  I went to the rec today at noon and the life guard on duty Alex wasn’t the best guard to have on duty, I had called her over about some kids fighting and she wasn’t very attentive or seemed to care she was on her phone the whole time and disregarded my comment.
