Windsor did a great job restoring the Halfway Homestead and developing the entire site with a natural play area, shaded picnic tables, gardens, etc. The house is also beautiful. This is a must visit, unique piece of Windsor history. I am proud to have played a small part in the project when I served on the Windsor Town Board. It was a total transformation from a debilitated site to something amazing. It is a great addition to the neighborhood and very accessible on the Ditch #2 Trail.
