  The team at King Soopers was extraordinary tonight! Luis, Vanessa, and Ahnevaeh went above and beyond to help me out with my order tonight. They were so patient, helpful and understanding while keeping their customers happy throughout dealing with my chaotic situation. All hands-on deck and they kept smiles on their faces the whole time. You don't see customer service like that too often. Thank you!

  DJ in produce is by far, the most helpful employee you have at this store or any other I've been in. King Soopers is very lucky to have him! I really hope he's being well paid for the service he provides. Every time I come in, I look for him because he knows where everything is. Promote that guy so he never leaves!!

  Usually, when I come in, there is no problem for the most part. They are shortstaffed and don’t have very many registers with cashiers open, but since it is close to my house, I come here out of convenience a lot. On this particular day, I stopped in to get some ingredients to meal prep. It was my mistake, but I left my chicken in the cart when I was loading my stuff into my car fast-forward I get home, and realized that I had left the chicken, but it was over two hours ago. I then go back to the store and I’m told that I have to wait in the long customer service line to be helped. They need more help as well. It’s ridiculous with the line that forms when there are other employees just standing there delegating. I use some quick thinking and decide that I’m gonna go check with my receipt to see if the pack of chicken that I purchased is already in the back for resale. Upon looking my chicken that I had purchased was already back on the shelves for resale. My issue is not that the chicken was put back on the shelf because it was my mistake that I did not catch that I didn’t grab it. My issue lies in the fact that that chicken was sitting in a cart outside for God knows how long and could’ve already been harboring bacteria, and was put back on the shelves for resale. That is a health hazard, and it is absolutely ridiculous how money hungry these corporations are. To be willing to sell chicken that could potentially kill someone from food poisoning.

  The checkers, baggers, cart pushers and the rest of the staff are mostly professional and helpful. I will say I have caught some items recently on the shelf that are expired by a few days to a few weeks. Luckily I try to remember to check exp dates before placing the items into my buggy.
