  I have been a loyal King Soopers customer for decades and shop at this location on 71st Avenue regularly. I rarely leave negative Google reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt it needed to be shared. I purchased a dress valued at approximately $45 from this store within the last month and needed to exchange it. Since my purchases are tied to my phone number, I asked if the transaction could be looked up because I no longer had the receipt. Jennifer, who was working at the customer service desk, immediately became dismissive and started questioning me as if I were doing something wrong, repeatedly asking exactly when I purchased it. I explained it was within the last month and simply asked if she could please try to look it up. Instead of offering assistance, Jennifer became rude, confrontational, and made me feel like I was being interrogated rather than helped. I’ve worked in retail myself, and I understand that policies exist, but customer service should still be respectful and solution-oriented. A simple attempt to help would have gone a long way.
  
  This is actually the second negative customer service experience I’ve had at this store in the past two weeks. In the end, I was so frustrated by the interaction that I left the $45 dress behind and walked away because it simply wasn’t worth being treated that way. I’ll also be sharing this experience with the corporate office. After being a loyal customer for so many years, I expected much better.

  I came in on July 6th, and even though i was from Canada, i was amazed!!! This store is so clean and neat and overall just a great place to shop, my absolute biggest memory will be the friendliness!! I was in Ian’s checkout lane, when I noticed one of the discounted items didn’t get it discounted, instead of complaining and not changing it for me, Ian told me it was no worries and helped me to adjust it to the right price!   They're well stocked and the prices were comparable to our Oklahoma grocery stores. It's a clean and well kept store. If you're from out of state, then be prepared to either buy a reusable bag or pay 10 cents per paper sack. No plastic allowed.

  Third time this month I have bought bread products with mold. Bagels and sliced bread. It’s not noticeable at first because of the packaging label covers at lot but I can’t believe this is happening so much in one month. And I do check the dates before I buy and I always dig for later dates but it doesn’t matter.
