You get 1 fully puffed crazy puff in a box of 4. All are burnt too. So glad I chose this for my daughter and I with my last bit of money for dinner. This is a picture of all 4.

Poor management always. I've been in and young employees are rough housing or sitting on counter. Theyre on their phones or even arguing.

Went in today and two girls standing at the counter looked at me and said nothing. One eventually asked what I wanted. Customer service is consistently lacking. No greetings, just a "what do you want?" and no other speaking after that. Its like that Gen Z thing where they can't speak to people.
Its always a crap shoot here but its the only place I can feed my whole family for $20 on those busy weeknights.

Waited 20 minutes to order while the employees were walking by everyone singing and dancing like no one else was there. After finally ordering we waited another 20 minutes for the food they gave it to us raw nothing on the 2 pizzas were cooked, also the bread sticks were under cooked and was dripping butter ended up eating something else after reading other people's reviews. This place is disgusting

  10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! This place is ridiculous! My husband went in and ordered a EMB pepperoni, the girl taking the order rang it up as a EMB sausage. He made sure to get pepperoni. I passed a piece to my daughter and saw that the pizza was not a EMB!! Hardly any cheese or sauce, and crust was super thin. I called to explain this to them, the first girl was nice and understanding. I told her I couldn't turn around because my daughter had to be at school in 30 mins and we are headed that way. She said I could come in and get a new one made for me when I had the chance to come back. I said thank you and hung up. 5 mins later the "manager" calls stating that if I don't come back now with the pizza that I will get a refund or a new pizza made. I told her I couldn't and she said that there was nothing she could do. So I asked if I could talk to her boss and she said he would be in around 4pm, that won't work for me as I work and can't just come back. I asked her if there was anything else that I could do, like send her pictures as she stated that she made the pizza herself!! She said I would have to send it to a gmail account, I asked for that information and she couldn't or wouldn't give it to me. She was extremely rude, so I stated I would call another location and see if they could help me. She stated "good luck, but they won't" she a laugh. Needless to say, I called another location and they in fact will help me and I will never return to this location ever again!

Little Caesars on 23rd sucks the customer service sucks. It’s disrespectful rude and they are always late. There’s always a line. The food is never fresh. It’s like it was sitting and waiting for at least 30 minutes to an hour. Bread is always dry as heck. I personally don’t understand why the hiring manager hires these rude kids who don’t care about customer service and a bad name they leave the company.
