I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. I am a staff member at a care facility for disabled children. we take our kids here often and they always go above and beyond to accommodate us. They’ve moved us to more private seating, turned off/down music and lights for our sensory sensitive kids and helped with everything i’ve ever asked! Coop is awesome and so are all the other staff! Thank yall so much! and if you’re looking for a fun, accommodative place to hangout with family or friends you should check it out!

This location usually does a great job but our visit tonight was pretty lack luster. I called at 3pm to try and reserve a lane for 2 hours at 7pm and they confirmed everything as the normally do only to show up and be told they can't find us. This has never been an issue before. They were able to get us in not long after which was nice but would only. Let us do 1 hour before having to get on the waitlist for an hour and a half to bowl for the 2nd hour
There were issues with our meals that were included with our package and they had to call the manager over 3 times to get it figured out. Then we went to use the arcade and laser tag. Half the laser tag vests would not work properly and when told to change it for another vest they would not work either. I left the game early and waited with others who could not get working vests. Many of the games were either damaged, inoperable or barely functioning requiring constant help when it malfunctioned. Overall the staff is friendly but definitely missed the mark which is not the usual. Will try again soon.
Attached photos are 2 of many games either physically damaged or in operative displaying error codes.

We LOVE Main Event Windsor.....we use this to get a young man out in the community and he loves to bowl!

The general Manager Ryan as well as all of the staff are so courteous, helpful and accommodating to us and we really appreciate how they go the extra mile!

I recently went to Main Event with my family, and we all really enjoyed our time there. Everything was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The arcade had a good mix of games, and the bowling lanes were nice too. Overall, it was a fun experience, and I would definitely go back.

Our Family had the opportunity to meet up at Main Event in Windsor this evening, and enjoy some quality family time together:)! We had the pleasure of meeting, and working with Amanda! She went above and beyond for our family, and made the experience unforgettable! We will be back thanks to her, and we will never forget the way she treated our family! Thank you Amanda, for your kindness, professionalism, and most of all for treating our family like we were your own:)! It meant more than you'll ever know, the world needs more people like Amanda! You are lucky to have her!
