  Oh wow! Stopped by this morning for some breakfast burritos and they are amazing. They are made to order and come out hot. The burritos are huge and have a perfect proportion of ingredients. So good. Plus the family who runs it are so nice. Stop by and you will have a new burrito fave to visit often.

  Maximinas is the best food establishment in Erie, CO. The food alone makes it amazing, but the people make it even better.
  
  I recommend the breakfast burritos, chorizo is you like spicy. For tacos, my favorites are the al pastor and asada.
