  Meeker’s: A Colorado Kitchen & Bar
  This was our second visit to Meeker’s before heading to a show at Union Colony, and it definitely had a different energy this time around. The place was packed since the Broncos AFC Championship game was on, so it was buzzing and loud in that lively, game-day kind of way.
  We were met with a bit of attitude from the bartender, which was understandable given how slammed he was-but still not the warmest welcome. That said, once the food arrived, any irritation quickly disappeared.
  The food was absolutely worth it. Everything was rich, comforting, and well-executed-clearly made with care. The steak bites were tender and flavorful, the mashed potatoes were smooth and indulgent, and the braised short rib dish was a standout. Total treat food, the kind you look forward to before a night out.
  Atmosphere-wise, Meeker’s is fun and energetic, especially on game days. It’s a great spot to grab a solid meal and drinks before a show, even when it’s busy.
  We’ll definitely be back-hopefully on a slightly calmer night-but either way, the food alone makes it worth the stop.

  We brought a party of 18 with about 1 hour of notice. The manager made it work, put our HS tennis team in a private room and took great care of us. Somehow one server handled the whole group. The food was great, the kids had a blast and we were grateful we could have such a great meal at our hotel. We're coming back in 2027.

  A quick stop at Meeker’s for dinner before the show at the Union Colony Center did not disappoint. Great service and good food did the trick for us. The wife and I split a cheeseburger and pretzel bites along with some good drinks and we were ready for the show. A 5☀️experience!

  We were staying at the hotel and had dinner there before a concert we were going to at the Greeley Stampede. There were only 2 wait staff and the hustled! They did an excellent job of being attentive and very on top of things. They were also super friendly! The drinks were delicious and the food was very good. If you are in Greeley, I would highly recommend

  I ordered takeout. Avacado toast and a strawberry parfait. It took 10 minutes to get us checked out (the food was already made and the restraint was dead). Honestly I didn't care that much about the service but I can't let the food slide. The avacado is hard and it was on bread not toast. The only redeeming quality was the small cherry tomatoes and they're the only part I'm willing to eat. The parfait was okay basically just an overpriced cup of yogurt. This is not avacado toast. I shouldn't have to fix your food. I will say last time I went here I was at the bar and the drinks food and service were wonderful. Not sure what's going on that someone felt like they could serve this unripe avacado bread. Someone call Chef Ramsey
