Our first 2 experiences with Mod pizza at 2 other locations were a 5+/5. This time not so good. Pizza had a burned crust. It was soupy. The italian chopped salad was very good. The person first assisting me wanted to be anywhere but there and the service showed it. All the other employees were positive and upbeat. Just a messy pizza experience.

Um. I was in here for MAYBE 5 minutes and it’s the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m actually ashamed of myself for not trying this place sooner. Did I mention the pizza looks, smells, and tastes incredible?! 10/5 Stars

First time ever eating at a Mod pizza, The employee was very friendly, he took time to explain how the ordering process goes, was patient and very helpful when customizing my pizza. The selection of toppings was impressive variety. It took like maybe 3-4 minutes to get my order and I will say that I'm extremely impressed with the quality and taste. not burnt nor undercooked, it was honestly just right. I love the atmosphere and the vibe for me is honestly very casual. i will definitely be back because of the experience and the food.

Fast and friendly service. The place is clean. The only issue is that the pizzas were not flavourful enough for me.

First time ordering to MOD Pizza. Their online menu is good, just a bit troubling to navigate. And their delivery was 10 minutes later than the app stated and was tough to track. Other than that, the order was fresh, accurate, and rather inexpensive for what we got. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. The pizzas are a bit thinner than competitors, but they make up for it in taste. They are also 11" in comparison to a Dominos 12" medium. Their ranch & BBQ sauces tasted great. Overall, it was very good. They just need to touch up on their app & tracking system.
