Had a great dinner at Olive Garden. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The seafood Alfredo was creamy and delicious, and the broccoli was perfectly cooked. The beer was nice and cold, which made the meal even better.

A special thanks to Leyla at the bar-she was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout my visit. Her positive attitude made the experience enjoyable.

Today I placed an order for a large Alfredo sauce, dipping sauce, which was supposed to be 8 ounces and it comes with eight breadsticks. When I received my food, I thought it was very weird how it was like a very tiny portion so to do my best to give a great review I ended up weighing everything out to make sure I wasn’t overreacting. Turns out I only got 4 ounces of product when I paid for eight it’s so annoying now I have to make my own Alfredo sauce, which is not like I can’t do it. It’s just annoying that I go and purchased it and it comes half portion. I recommend anybody that orders it to be aware and check your food before you leave possibly take a scale because they will give you half of the portion kind of upsetting but oh well. I showed you guys how much it weighs with container and then once I zeroed out the container and put no lid. It was 4 1/2 ounces.

Came to the Greeley Olive Garden after seeing a movie. Normal 10ish minute wait but didn’t seem too busy. We were seated towards the south east side, kind of tucked away. This may be the start of the downfall of the dinner, or it may have been other hidden reasons. I ordered the stuffed chicken Marsala, and zuppa Tuscana soup. My wife ordered the unlimited soup salad and breadsticks, and my father ordered the chicken Alfredo with salad. The salads and my soup came out quickly. I finished my soup and they finished the salad, and we ate all but one breadstick by the time the waiter returned. When they returned, they brought my wife’s soup, and the two entrees. The chicken Alfredo was cold to the touch, so my father pushed it away and just nibbled on some small lettuce scraps from the salad bowl. My chicken Marsala was hot and great. My wife finished her soup quickly, but that was the end of it. No one checked on us, and we had to use the little table device to request service, which no one noticed. We sat for 5 to 7 minutes waiting until a separate waitress noticed the flashing red light and we asked for a box and the check. This caused our normal waiter to come over and ask what’s going on. We described that the unlimited soup salad and breadsticks didn’t seem very unlimited as my wife got one of each with no one to check on her or order a second bowl, and the Alfredo was cold. They said sorry and asked if we wanted some soup to go, but that does us no good. We said no, and that was the end of that. To reiterate, we had 2 salad bowls, 2 soup bowls, 2 entree plates, a breadstick basket, 3 drinks, and a drink platter with lemons, along with the large salad bowl. No one cleared the table, noticed our food was finished, offered to take off the unlimited soup salad breadsticks, come to check why the Alfredo was pushed away from someone and still full on the plate, and nothing other than taking home soup as a way to make up for it. To top it off, someone accidentally pulled a door handle that was alarmed and armed and that started going off for a couple minutes which I thought would have brought more attention to our side of the restaurant. I get it, it’s busy, but this was a pretty bad experience. We will not be returning to this Olive Garden in particular.

My aunt and I have our monthly lunch and we picked Olive Garden this month. The food was delicious. I had to wait a little while for my chicken Alfredo so, We We’re not eating at the same time. They didn’t offer us dessert. My aunt and I were there for 3 hours which is our normal time when we do our monthly lunch. Staff not once asked us to leave. They were very kind and sweet about the whole time we were there eating and just talking and catching up.

Sometimes the service is great. Other times you can tell the server is not customer service oriented but more about getting you in and out. I have a son who enjoys making a mess and we as a family might be needy sometimes. But that’s why we tip. Because you treated us well and made us feel ok away from home on a night out. But when we feel you’re annoyed or are too busy for us then something needs to change on your end. Because the only thing changing on ours is another place to eat.

We love Olive Garden. The prices, the quality, and the atmosphere. So it does suck when we leave unhappy over something servers should already be on top of.
