  Wonderful coffee shop. Beautiful and modern facility. Spacious patio and indoor seating. We rode our bikes there from Fort Collins. You do have to be careful along County Line Rd/Colorado Blvd as there is not a bike line or shoulder along the road. About

  I had a networking meeting, and had to find a place halfway between us. Pedro's was one of them, and I'd never been there so I wanted to definitely check it out. Beautiful! I am all about ambience, in this place has it! Great seating indoors, and outdoors too. They even have hula hoops and balls for kids to play with.

  This is the cutest coffee shop! I loved the space, It’s beautiful. You’ll want to try sitting inside and outside! The sprinkled donuts were delicious and their Matcha is ceremonial grade. It was so good! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to come back and meet Pedro the donkey.

  I love this sweet little coffee shop! The outside space is enormous - featuring a patio and an open yard with chairs and the views are incredible! The cherry on top is the coffee, food, and staff are wonderful as well. Well worth driving a little off the beaten path!
