  An absolute joke of an establishment and a total waste of hard-earned money. In this economy, please don't mess around with people's money and time. You are cooking for humans, not dogs.
  I ordered on door dash, my order completely omitted the flame-grilled steak, which was the entire point of the meal. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to serve old, rotten guacamole that was completely black and disgusting. They also completely ignored a direct request for utensils, leaving me with nothing to eat with. Total lack of quality control and zero respect for paying customers. I will never order from here again."

  we ordered chicken burrito bowls with extra beef steak(with extra charge) but there's no steak in it. we simply ask them to be more careful next time, but they just said they put steak in it. bro, we know what beef steak looks and tastes like.

  Staff was really great and friendly and ai could see them all working. However, last week, I ordered online a BOGO on UBER eats and didn't get my second burrito. I've been to this location since it opened and since i've been back in my hometown these past few months, the quality just hasn't been that good. food doesn't taste as savory. a little salt will go a long way. my food also just smelt old. It's confusing because it looked fresh but it smelled old. and I didn't choose a meat because it didn't look appetizing. The cashier encouraged the survey and so I am taking it. I see good things on the horizon.

  I've had so many bad experiences with burritos that are impossible to eat that I switched to bowls. But I was craving one one day and for some reason this location (when you're there) nails it everytime! A location back home completely made me a mess of a burrito and it was supposed to be comfort food while I was visiting my dad in the hospital. Needed comfort food tonight and Bunny NAILED IT! It was EXACTLY what I needed and ran up to thank him while he was racing behind the counter. Bunny, not only did you make my day, but you are one fast employee while doing so!!!! Everyone was awesome! Thank you for something like a burrito mean so much 💚
