  By far the best sourdough in Northern Colorado. Greeley finally has a truly great, locally owned artisan bakery turning out incredible scratch-made sourdough, fresh bread, pies, and pastries. Everything at Rise and Pies tastes homemade and crafted with real care.
  
  Their new spot on the corner of 9th Avenue and 10th Street is bright, welcoming, and already filled with great energy. They’re also offering coffee and a selection of local foods, which makes it an easy stop any time of day for fresh sourdough or a quick treat.
  
  Rise and Pies is a must-try bakery in Greeley and such a treasure for our community. So happy they’re here!

  We had the pleasure of working with this wonderful local baker for our post-wedding brunch, where we hosted many of our out-of-town guests. We ordered a selection of pastries, and everything was absolutely delicious! Each pastry was fresh, beautifully made, and had everyone going back for more.
  
  It was such a special way to welcome our guests and enjoy a relaxed morning together after the wedding. We really appreciated the care and quality that went into everything, and our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say. We would absolutely recommend this baker to anyone looking for delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully made treats! ❤️

  Rise and Pies was at the greeley farmers market, and I got a pack of their parmesan bagels on a whim. And OH MY GOSH they were amazing. As was their pie, cinnamon rolls, etc… but the bagels! Greeley has been missing a good bagel spot for years and these hit the spot. Highly recommend!

  We accidentally walked in on pie-day 3.14.
  So we had to buy a slice of every flavor they had available. All 5 pieces were absolutely amazing. The crust, the filling, the ice cream. It was all delicious. Best pie in NOCO.
