  This little restaurant is pretty amazing! They make everything from scratch. Henry, the owner, is so kind and willing to specially make a plant-based burrito for me. Everyone here in this store is kind. The burrito is so delicious. I went back to get another one for my husband, Husband. There is onions, beans, tomatoes, squash, corn, Anaheim, pepper, mild green chili, flour tortilla. They fill the burrito so full that it can hardly stay together. I don’t usually eat fast food or food made in a convenience store. However, I met Henry a few months ago when he was first opening the store and he was so kind and said he was willing to make me a special burrito I could eat. Time went by and I forgot about that conversation. Recently, I stopped my son in the store to get a Gatorade. My son picked out a crispy chicken sandwich, which he loved! That’s when I saw Henry again and he offered to make me that special burrito. I’m so glad I decided to order it. They make a lot of other food too, and I see many people in there ordering their breakfast. If you’re in the area of Mead, Colorado you should try this place. Even if you’re not in the area, you should make a drive out to try it. You won’t be disappointed.

  I was really surprised at the quality, flavor and freshness of this food. The steak quesadilla was particularly delicious. The steak was plentiful and sooo tender. I also loved the breakfast croissant sandwich. The proorietor/staff are lovely people as well. Surprised to find such good "gas station" food ...it is a disservice to even call it that. It's high quality and prepared with attention to detail. Mead has a hidden gem and I hope they support this great business.
