  Santiagos is the best restaurant in town! I just ate there for dinner and I got chicken fajitas and an enchilada and everything was amazing, tasted high quality, and I couldn’t believe what a good price it was. When I went the restaurant was extremely busy but they got my food out quickly- clearly they have a good system and on top of that the restaurant was spotless. Lastly, the workers are some of the kindest and most genuine people you will ever meet. I had such a great experience, will be back for sure!

  If we are up before 9 am it's nice on the weekend but not Sundays to grab a breakfast burrito because there open all week each day a different meat for there breakfast burritos 😋 another favorite is the sopillas made fresh and warm with powdered sugar or honey 🤤🍯 there small doughy & made just right , if your looking for something that can be shared with a few people for under 10 bucks chili cheese fries are our other go to at Santiago's never had green chili till I came out here to Colorado and there chili truly is the best

  I’ve been a regular customer at Santiago’s, and I wanted to provide some honest feedback regarding my recent visits. Unfortunately, Jasmine, who works at the drive thru, has consistently provided disappointing customer service. She often seems dismissive or impatient, and I’ve noticed that my orders frequently arrive missing utensils, napkins, and other essentials. On multiple occasions, I’ve also been charged for the correct meal but given the wrong food item instead, which makes the overall experience disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve, as I truly enjoy the food and would love for the service to match the quality of the food.

  I am a regular in the drive through, couple times a week in the early morning for a breakfast burrito with half and half. I am here at least once a week for dinner and get one of the deluxe burritos with the half and half on the side, they make it with the cheese, lettuce and burrito in the to go box and place green chili in a separate container so when I get home I can assemble it all fresh and it does not become soggy from already having chili on it during the drive home. I also get an order of chips and salsa, I enjoy them with my burrito and there is always enough chips and salsa to have some the next day. Always service with a smile and as a Frederick local, I like to go to our local restaurants.

  I would have gave this place a 5 star all across but the service from one individual was horrible and come to find out he’s the manager. He came off as a person that just seemed like he hates his job. I ordered my food and gave a tip and he didn’t say thank you just asked if I wanted my receipt. It’s bad service that makes me not want to come back and it needs to be resolved other that one individual could jeopardize a successful business
