Yes, please let me tell you about my experience. We'll just start out to say that the smothered burrito was not so smothered, And yes, we did have other items on our order, but the burrito was the cause of an issue. I called to explain what was going on after I explained what happened the male employee had me hold the call while he was speaking to the manager. He came back on the call and asked me to bring the burrito back to the store so they could see it. I felt as if he was saying I was lying about the issue. When I arrived I asked for the manager. The male employee I spoke to on the phone was now translating what I was saying to the manager. I provided the dry burrito. I explained about how now my meal would be cold and soggy when I get home and also that they acted like I was lying. He replied that many people lie about it. The employee asked did I want them to remake the burrito and I said yes. Not even a few min later I received a bagged item. I also had explained that what I ordered was the crispy rellenos plate so now I get to eat a soggy cold meal upon returning with my partners burrito. There was no care for my situation... Photos included of burrito we received that was ordered as a smothered burrito, second is the "new" drowning burrito, I received as the replacement. Let's just say the 3 time or so a week that we go for bfast or lunch will no longer be to this establishment.

EverytimeI order a hand held burrito. They get it wrong. I order a bean and carnitas half/half very light bean. I get a cheese burrito that barely has beans. I had to drive all the way back as I had ordered over the phone for pick up and I asked for my order to be corrected and a discount for the inconvenience of having to drive back and they played it off at the window. I got no discount or refund. The only reason I order there is because it’s close to my house and I am limited on time. But I will not give a good review for bad customer service.

Called the day before to place a large pick up order for a variety of their breakfast burritos. Got shorted the right amount, but noticed the price I paid was way too high for the amount I got so went back to the store. Apparently ham is a $4 upcharge per burrito. Thats more than the price of an entire standard burrito. Wild.
Unfortunately i didn’t see that sort of disclaimer anywhere online and the person who I spoke to on the phone didn’t give me a heads up about that either.
No resolution other than a small shrug. A little disappointed in the outcome. Don’t necessarily blame the young man working the counter. I guess that’s the business policy. Seems a bit dishonest.
I’d be wary of placing a large order here. Go to a different location. Just remember to check your receipts after. -

I enjoyed the food. It reminded of Tex-mex which I can’t usually find here in Colorado. Guacamole was really good. Soft tacos are quite big so one would make a good lunch for most. Beef soft taco was better than chicken . I loved the guac and bean tostada and hard beef taco. This place is more suited for drive-through and takeout versus dining in. Just two 3-seater tables which was fine for the three of us. There are a couple parking spots in the back and a few in the front .

I order the same meal at least once a week, usually I order it online. I don't care for the red sauce so I always ask for the enchilada and the bean burrito to be smothered in half and half. It's never been a problem until today. My small combo was smothered in red sauce with no green chili and then to make matters worse they put the meal in upside down and there was red sauce leaking into the bag. I explained the situation to the woman running the drive thru and she asked me to come to the window. After her and who she said was her manager looked at the food the woman in the drive thru argued with me told me they cannot give me a new one because that's the way it was supposed to be. She then gets Rose on the phone and same thing refused to make the meal the way I wanted. After 10 more minutes of them arguing with me I finally got fed up and asked for a refund. I order the same thing on line every week yet they're telling me they can't smother it in half and half instead of disgusting red sauce. Then the woman in the drive thru tells me that I am wrong about receiving the food upside down. I guess they don't care about retaining customers.
