Don't go here, unless you want to be disappointed by the lack of common sense and bad customer service. I walled in to pick up my order and an employee said they didnt have it, I show them the confirmation Name and number snd then they said theres nothing I can do and walked away. I later taked to the manager and they were no help ethier. Its heavily recommended that you go to another tacobell here in greely because clearly this one doesn't care about customer service or what they do.

Just did an online order and the drive thru attendant was so sweet!! They asked me to make sure my soda had the right amount of syrup because it looked a little light, and they made sure to put extra hot sauce in my bag! I didnt get their name but they were so sweet! 10/10

I wanna start by saying this is my neighborhood location and so I do come here a lot and 9 times out of 10 I leave extremely satisfied. However, a week ago I ordered and a lot of the order was incorrect and the food that was just tasted off. I do want to note that it wasn’t the typical staff though so I’m not sure what happened but Shawn said he would remake it for us if we came back. We came back a few days later and everything was delicious. I just wanted to give a shout out to Shawn for fixing the problem and my neighborhood taco bell for their consistency :)

I wanna give a shout out to the drive Thur I believe her name was Emily every time I go in there she is always there helping me asking me if I need everything when I ask for extra hot sauce she always gives it to me! Not only that every time i go thru or i go inside she is the only one working the drive Thur also always taking care of the customers in the lobby as soon as she isn’t busy she is always out there cleaning off tables and doing her job well I see other employees leaning against the area where they make the food and the manager is always in the office or walks right by customers in the lobby I’ve worked in fast food before and I know the customers aren’t always easy! I give you props miss Emily for doing your job each and every time I go in there or drive thru god bless my dear!

Shaun (Taller Guy with Glasses) was fantastic. I ordered some food but unfortunately there was no bacon for one of my items. No big deal them to me without the bacon. I drive home and notice that 2 of my items were missing (presumably those without the bacon but not for sure). I come back later and he was very professional and courteous giving me a credit for some food that day. Also the fact that y'all are now open 24 hours for drive through and till midnight for Pickup is a god send for us working third shift.

I am a customer for life at this store for those reasons. Thank you again Shaun.
