  Recently had a disappointing experience at the Ziggi’s on Highway 52 west of I-25. On Wednesday I ordered a 20oz original Chai hot as I frequently do. I don’t usually say latte and honestly I’ve never had an issue however this day I was given one without any milk in it. It was just the chai concentrate, no milk and there was no tea bag in like they made a chai tea. On the first sip I honestly wondered if I had been given something that had gone bad. I had to wait until I was done driving to look in the cup and that’s when I realized why it tasted wrong. There was no ziggi’s on the rest of my drive so I was just very unhappy with a drink. I wish I had thought to take a picture of it.
  
  On Friday I went to the same location and simply mentioned I would appreciate it if they just made sure it had the milk this time. The gal at the registered honestly tried to tell me that my drink had not been made wrong. She tried to tell me that a chai latte has no milk. I have worked as a barista and I know how to make drinks and I know why they are called lattes, just saying. She conferred with the others finally and it was made clear to her and this time there was nothing wrong with my drink thank goodness.
  
  I was very disappointed that I let this location know very politely that I didn’t receive the proper drink previously, wasn’t asking for anything other than what I had always received, and simply didn’t want to be disappointed again, but was treated that way. I was surprised to be told I was basically wrong and wasn’t even offered some compensation. It’s not common there are issues but I think this one could have been handled better. I see the same people almost every time I go there and often I’m there twice a week. It’s a lot of money to have the situation treated that way.

  good coffee and great staff! but the driveway access from 52 is definitely unsafe. only a matter of time until an accident occurs. should re-evaluate their traffic signage, pavement marking and possibly delineator posts to better identify this to motorists.

  I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at this location on August 11th around 12:12 PM. I used to love coming here, as did many of my coworkers, but the new staff hired to replace the old crew are remarkably rude.
  
  I came through the drive-through excited to get a frozen, blended matcha latte. I had just ordered this exact drink over the weekend at another Ziggi's location with absolutely no issues. When I politely asked the girl taking my order if she could put the matcha into the blender, she snapped and told me it "wasn't possible." Instead of offering an alternative or trying to help, she just met me with dead silence. It is a coffee shop-drinks are customizable, and I am always more than happy to pay extra for upcharges. It shouldn't be this hard to blend a drink.
  
  Because of her attitude, I gave up on the matcha and just ordered a frozen energy infusion instead. She wasn't wearing a name tag when I pulled up to the window. I am not trying to attack her for her race or anything of that nature, but I am sharing what I remember about her physical appearance so management knows exactly who was working. She is a shorter girl with long dark hair of Mexican descent. She had on a ton of rosary bracelets and religious jewelry all over her arms and neck. She was also wearing her top rolled up in a similar fashion to a crop top, and had extremely long acrylic nails that seemed very unsanitary for someone handling food and drinks. The whole appearance was highly unprofessional.
  
  At the window, the hostile behavior continued. She didn't smile, demanded my rewards number, aggressively grabbed my credit card, and then aggressively shoved the tablet in my face for a tip. Having worked in the service industry for a long time myself, I know how important basic customer service is. Some people simply do not belong in the service industry if they lack the common decency to be polite.
  
  I never have an issue with the quality of Ziggi's drinks, but the miserable and aggressive attitude of the current staff is just very unprofessional, I'd love to return but it makes it hard when the new staff is like this. (Please note this isn't the first time I've had something like this happen to me at this location)

  First time having a drink at this location because it was close to our gym. Went here for coffee on a Saturday morning. Staff is very friendly and the spicy Chai I got was delicious! Love the little chocolate coffee bean they place on top of your cup as well as the cute sticker. Chai was with coconut milk and was delicious. We sat at the little table outside, there are maybe 2 of these outside and not other seating so most of the folks appeared to be drive through customers. Ample parking …would be nice to have it bigger with indoor seating and a bathroom but still this is a handy spot to grab a drink.

  This Ziggy's is my favorite location! Sarah and her crew are top notch! They always are so fast and friendly. I love that my rewards add up so quickly and I get $$$ off my orders, too! Plus, their gluten free breakfast sandwich is soooooo tasty! It's nice that they have delicious gluten free options! I also highly recommend their Fireside Latte. It is a delicious flavor I cannot find anywhere else. ❤️
