  This is what I paid 50 bucks for? Hardly any chicken on any of our meals. Hardly any rice. Had a real chipotle craving and was very disappointed. This is not a true chipotle sized portioning. We continue to trust this location because it is brand new and is the closest one to us now. I guess traveling for good food is a real thing. All of the local chipotles continue to do this.
  
  Also when it comes to the mobile line it would be great if you guys kept people parked or moving if someone else’s order is ready. We did a mobile order…had to back up and go in because someone was 20 minutes early. We were courteous and waited until we were told to go to the window.

  So I'm updating this review. It was a positive review but I've never gone to this location because we had food catered where I work, I decided to go on Friday. This was my second time there. The first time I was like okay must be having a bad day , so this day April 1st which is no joke. I went and got some tacos and the first thing the girl did was grab corn tortillas. Didn't ask me if I wanted hard shells so I had to remind her, then they filled the tacos up halfway with rice. Too much in my opinion, when she asked for meats I said chicken and can he spare me the amount of chicken you put on them? What do you Jimmy John's and putting four slices of meat on a sandwich? You people are just as bad in the same location by the way, then I tell her I want Pico and then lettuce so she grabs the lettuce cuz you don't want the Pico did I say no they don't listen, then she says do you want queso said? Yes please. I can spit more than she put on there the first time and she did, when it finally got rung up the $15 for $10 tacos I asked her why it was so expensive. She's like well. You got two dips of queso I said. Can you spared me seriously so that was $3 were the tacos good? Yeah they were kind of okay will I we'll be going back no because they're just like Jimmy John's next door bunch of cheapos and they nickel and dime you for everything. I can go up the road to Santiago's and get better tastes and tacos and a lot better service. It's sad because it was nice to have a few good places around here versus the McDonald's and Burger King that we got used to..
  
  The nickel and diming of these chain restaurants is ridiculous. It's getting old and I'm not going to support companies like that. Oh by the way, Chipotle doesn't charge for their queso or guacamole. Just saying I'd rather drive up the road and go get that.

  I have ordered twice inside with no issues. Then I ordered twice from the pickup lane. Steak tacos all times. From the lane the steak was cold. Not even warm enough to start melting the cheese. They remade the second time and it was cold right after being made. It tells me they are storing the meat at a unsafe temperature.

  The restaurant was filthy. Tables were dirty, trash and straws were scattered around the condiment station, and the dining area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I won't be coming back. This was taken at 9:30pm 6/2/26

  By far the worst chipotle I have been to. When I walked in I was not even acknowledged for several minutes. Once I placed my order I had to stand and wait at the register for several minutes (I was the only person in line) to get checked out. Then got over charged for something I have gotten several times before by $3, which I know isn’t much, but when that’s a 160% increase from what I usually pay I have a problem with it. When I mentioned this to the person at the checkout they didn’t do anything about it. She didn’t even give me my receipt to see why my total was what it was.
  
  Once I actually got to eat my food, the beans had no seasoning. And the quesadilla was a joke.
  I would never go to this location again.
