Cold Stone Creamery in Longmont was fantastic! The staff was friendly, patient, and made the whole experience fun. The ice cream was fresh, creamy, and packed with flavor, and the mix-ins were blended perfectly. The store was clean, and the service was quick even though they were busy. If you’re looking for a great dessert in Longmont, this is definitely a place worth stopping. We’ll definitely be back!

What an awesome experience! Came in to the store a week ago with my two daughters. The store was busy but the employees were efficient, friendly, and did not hesitate to be attentive to each patron! They were patient with my 2 girls when they were making their orders and were so kind. You can tell the employees have had the best training and were calm cool and collected! Will be definitely coming back regularly with my family!

I went in there today to get an ice cream. I was the only customer in the store. There were two employees behind the counter, I stood there for about at least a full minute, didn’t say a word. Just totally ignored me. So I told him if you’re not if you’re gonna ignore me, I’ll take my business elsewhere and left. How hard is it to say I will be right with you or anything to acknowledge your presence or stop what you’re doing take my order. Simple customer service makes a big difference, clearly these two employees don’t understand that. I doubt that I’ll be back.

Came in with my daughter and it was busy, 645 on a Tuesday evening. JAKE was the only one there and he was killing it. I really appreciated his effort and kind attitude even though he was clearly overwhelmed. Everything was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time and he also was squeezing in online orders too. Product is good, I will keep coming in because every other time the workers have all been lovely.

Newly opened in the area which usually has a learning curve to operations. This place has it dialed pretty good already. Staff is young and upbeat, lots of friendly jokes between customers and workers. Ice cream was on point and the employee was really helpful with our orders. Definitely recommend as a change of pace
