If you want good customer service and accurate pricing go somewhere at least that’s what a manager told me today when I simply wanted them to honor their sales price that they had advertised .
I have had multiple problems at this location, specifically with management not wanting to honor their sales prices and when you ask them to, they will give you attitude about it. And rudely to tell you, if you don’t like it shop somewhere else I’ve had this happen to me multiple times at this location another time just today, Memorial Day 1.pm at the self checkout Manager was rude and disrespectful to me just because I wanted them to honor their sales price for a box of Cheez-Its she was willing to be rude and tell me to shop somewhere else because I asked them to honor their prices. Because it’s weird usually the normal associates are pretty good at this store pretty decent nice customer service everything but the managers are horrible specifically, Pam and this other one today at U scan I didn’t her name but she thinks it’s right tell customers to shop somewhere else and to tell them I wish you would stop shopping here Just because you want the prices they advertise. Do not come here if you want good products do not come here if you want Good customer service there’s a King Soopers in this area. They are much better in prices and customers Service

Someone from this store told me they were going to kill me and my family. Firestone police department came out and said that’s legal. Store leader was more concerned about someone calling the cops on their associate then dealing with the problem. This keeps getting removed so hopefully this is a more ethical way of posting this.

I don"t usually shop at this store, but yesterday I had excellent service from Elena at self checkout. She went out of her way to get my meat purchase remarked to ring correctly when the butcher made a mistake.I appreciate her great service.
