Awesome team! The store was clean, the staff was friendly, and the ice cream was delicious! Truly one of the most friendly experiences we've had at any establishment recently. They somehow made each of us feel special even in the short interaction of ordering ice cream. Even my teenagers noticed!

Cold Stone will forever be my favorite place to get a treat. I have yet to have a bad experience, customer service is incredible especially at the Windsor location! They are so friendly and they always get me ice cream right!!

Recently the service has been SICKENING and I mean absolutely SICKENING. The employees are making half-ass ice cream on DoorDash orders and it’s annoying when I spend $50 on an unmixed ice cream that doesn’t even fill up the cup. Not only that but the few times I’ve come in I’ve noticed the employees not being attentive and acting like they don’t GAF about the customer. A lot of them will roll their eyes, avoid eye contact, and are overall quite rude. Get right Cold Stone Creamery or you will NOT be seeing me in your store. P.S. bring back the dubai chocolate creation

The workers are amazing but they need to bring back rainbow jimmys. I give this place an 12/10 but the rainbow jimmys just elevate the ice cream to a new level, 15/10. Would love to see them back in store.

Welcomed as soon as we walked in. Polite and friendly but means business staff every time we've been in. Always tasty! Store is in clean condition all the times i've gone.
