This cookie store has a drive thru! And they offer small size cookies now, in addition to the massive size they got famous for. Friendly service and very clean inside.

The cookies are consistently raw here. I understand trying to make them soft but there’s a major difference between soft and unbaked. This for sure isn’t the first time and won’t be the last. To pay $21 for 4 raw cookies is crazy. I’d rather take that money elsewhere

The new strawberry Dubai chocolate cup thing is OUTRAGEOUSLY over priced at $13 and some change. It's literally 8 "oz" with 5 strawberries (not cut), then drizzled LIGHTLY with chocolate and Dubai chocolate. I could buy like a fat burrito from Qdoba with that.
This place is going downhill hate to say it.

Got the black tie dirty soda and it was literally so amazing!!! Can’t wait to come back and treat myself to another end of week snack next week!! And the employees were absolutely awesome. Especially jude, he was really nice and even made sure I could get out the door okay, since it was kind of a tight squeeze for me. What a great guy and place to eat!

I had one of the worse experiences in my life. The lady who claimed to be the manager attempted to wait on the group ahead of me. But when my opportunity for service arrived she walked off and went back to preparing more cookies. I walked out but came back to get her information so i could report my experience to corporate. She not only refused to supply the information but she began antagonizing me. As if she were trying to take me out of character. I won't be crossing the threshold of that establishment again.
