Placed online order and received confirmation. Used the tracker app to track order. States left store at 1234 by driver Harley. I noted her location was set to San Francisco but confirmed correctly ordered per confirmation email. App showed pizza delivered at 1:04 but no pizza and no person at front door on camera. Called store and manager Alec k. Very rude. Said it was delivered so he could refund or try again but it would be awhile. When asked for any sort of restitution he refused and said his driver delivered it. Asked to escalate to management. Alec k stated he was the manager and he wouldn’t do anything further to help. Alec said he pulled the picture of the house up on google maps and said driver said correct house and that it was delivered at 1230 which was before driver even left store. Accused me of lying or someone else taking the pizza since the order said to not knock but just leave at door. Alec stated I may not know my address. Offered no restitution or apology. Alec then gave wrong number to file a complaint. Don’t use if you actually want to get a pizza. Update: pizza delivered to wrong address. When I called back, Alec k stated he now wasn’t the manger. Whoever actually is the manager or owns that franchise needs to provide training for their employees who are lying and trying to scam customers.

Ordered delivery pretty close to thw time they
close. $25 order. I felt bad, so I got ready to tip $10. I had lost one of my $5 bills, so I only had 30 cash. Ended up counting out $5 in quarters. When the driver got here, I gave her the 30 and asked if she wanted the quarters. She said "I guess" halfheartedly as she started counting the money. She then asked if I wanted change. Like I was about to ask for my $5 in cash back, and trade it out for quarters. I think she asked if I wanted change on 3 separate occasions. Once she realized I didn't want change from her just to give her literal change, she was much happier. I dont think she knew it was a possibility to get tipped $10 on a $25 order and that's why she asked about change so much. The fact she'd even think it was a possibility that i would ask for cash and give her quarters sucks. I only had the quarters because i lost my cash. People need to be nicer to their delivery drivers. Especially late at night. If you're stoned, drunk, and at home having a good time, you are the last person that driver wants to see at the end of a long shift because what you have is all they want. So next time I see this lady she better just take my money and run, because everybody else who orders went out and made her feel like she deserves it, because she does.

Absolutely horrible I would give it no stars if I could. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES RIGHT. PLEASE HIRE HONEST PEOPLE! At 8:27 PM on August 28, 2025 my husband went to the store. My husband wants to pay for two pizzas that we had ordered and even left a 10% tip. The girl at the register Had ran his card twice Claiming “ it didn’t go through “ We very clearly saw that the keypad had said approved. But we didn’t think Twice about it because she said the keypad was broken. Come to find out That when we went to another store to get diapers for our two month old baby, the card had been charged twice After his card was declined. In the pictures below, you can clearly see the receipt. She handed us says $30.40 Because that is not including the tip. The 10% tip had brought it up to $34.54. And very clearly in the picture next to the receipt, you can see that it says $34.54 was charged twice to my husband’s card. We proceeded to call the store tell them about the mistake she made, and she denies that she ever made a mistake. We proceeded to tell her we can come to the store and show her and she says no that’s OK. I will not be refunding it either way. I then asked to see a manager, and she claims to be the manager. So then I proceeded to ask for the general manager And she says no. I tell her she is going to give me the general manager’s name or I will contact HR And she says I can call the next day for the general manager, and when I ask for her name to tell the general manager who I was talking to, she refuses, which is why I felt like I need to give direct time stamps. Her direct quote Was “ I don’t feel comfortable giving you my name ” Which I can understand to a certain extent, however this does make me believe that she is not in fact a manager, but it makes me believe that she knows she made a mistake. Whether or not this lady thinks that I would go to her manager or not it’s completely unacceptable. I asked her when her manager would be in and I have to argue with her for 10 to 15 minutes because she did not want to tell me when her manager the general manager would be in. I seriously doubt That any consequences will be taken with the lady who did this And honestly, I wouldn’t want any consequences to happen to this lady at the end of the day we’re all trying to make a living. I only wish she would have taken responsibility for her mistake , been honest about it And I can only hope to get a hold of the general manager tomorrow, but if all else fails, I guess I will have to keep calling until I get ahold of a manager or figure out a way to get ahold of hr and proceed to figure it out from there Because over $60 for two pizzas is absolutely ridiculous and there is no way that is right. And there is no way that I want a free pizza or credit to make up for it. I just want my money back So I can buy my daughter some diapers.

So I been a regular customer with them so today when placing a order they told me that they will not deliver to me any longer because of the charge back and complaints I always have. To be honest I never complained not even once as their service is great. But they just lost a great customer who spent over $45.00 plus on pizza.

Honestly this is THE WORST I HAVE SEEN FROM THIS STORE. I had an online order delivered to my door it was a single pizza and a big soda.I'm sick with two kids and I don't feel like cooking tonight. The box looks like it was intentionally stepped on and half of the pizza is stuck to the lid. I am not the type of person to accuse somebody of doing something like this on purpose. But the fact that their boxes are more sturdy than they used to be as well as the quality of the damage I have to assume This was done on purpose. I called the manager. He handled it appropriately, stated that he can give me a full refund and have a conversation with the driver.
