  Out of the few donut places I've been to while driving cross country, these have to the best ones yet! I ended up getting my classic maple Bacon that I love so much. I devoured it! Next I got their peanut butter and jelly donut and again, it was gone in seconds. With the service, I got greeted at the door, had a nice induction to what kind of donuts they sell and how they are made. An the wait time was less then 5 minutes, great experience!

  I hadn’t visited this donut shop in about six months, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed this time. The donuts were much smaller and thinner than I remembered, were hard instead of soft and thick, and seemed to be soaked in oil. The quality was nowhere near what I had experienced during my previous visits.
  
  It’s disappointing to see such a noticeable decline in quality. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this store again.

  I enjoyed Duck Donuts for the first time at work and had to go myself so I could try more and share the experience with my family. Great donuts!
  
  My personal favorite donut is a maple glazed cake donut. Duck Donuts has an amazing maple glaze! We also tried the glaze, chocolate glaze, strawberry confetti, and cinnamon sugar. All were super tasty.
  
  They have indoor and outdoor seating, restrooms, and plenty of parking.

My kids especially love picking their own toppings and watching the donuts being glazed- it’s such a fun, interactive experience.
  
  The staff is friendly and the service is quick, making it a perfect stop whether you’re grabbing breakfast, a snack, or a treat on the way to work or school. The menu has everything from classic glazed to specialty donuts, and you can even customize your own. Duck Donuts really knows how to make every visit special.

  Placed an order online for 6 donuts and two coffees and showed up 10 minutes after the designated pick up time (total of 45 minutes). When I got there the donuts hadn’t been made and I wasn’t greeted. After a few minutes I told the employee I was there for a pick up and they told me they hadn’t started it yet, but my coffees were already made seemingly sitting there for the whole 45 minutes judging by the melted whip cream and curdled look of the frappe. 15 minutes later, and the donuts were thrown together in a box. They looked and tasted not great. My drip coffee was cold and the frappe was completely melted. Unfortunate cause I’ve been here one other time and had the complete opposite experience. Train your employees. Not coming back.
