Our food was absolutely delicious!! Five different sandwiches all prepared perfectly to order. The young man who prepared our food was especially cordial and kind. Although the initial cost was a bit surprising (we had also ordered double meat) I was happy to be able to take advantage of the online ordering promo discount. Additionally, the sandwiches were so full of meat, we have plenty leftover for another meal, so that makes the price more reasonable. Based on this experience, I highly recommend this restaurant.

The service was disappointing initially, but the manager called and was very kind, addressing the issue personally. My sandwich could have been better, but they followed up the next day after I shared my feedback, which I really appreciate. Great location with lots of new spots popping up nearby. I’ll definitely be back for a second chance!

I got Mac and cheese, and was impressed with how good it was! The chicken cheddar with ranch sandwich was fresh and tasted great. My service was excellent today

Ordered for pickup, showed up to pick it up and they could not find the order anywhere. They finally decided a doordash person must have taken it. They did not apologize or offer to remake the order just stood there staring at us. We had to ask them to please remake the order as we still wanted our food. We realize it's not their fault the doordash person took our order but they could have apologized and offered to remake it at the very least.
Once we got home we realized the club sandwich had no meat in it other than a couple slices of bacon. What the heck.

You guys are usually my favorite sub shop but NOT ANYMORE. I just waited 30 mins for my 2 sandwiches inside your store just to find out my order was never made for some reason.. When I got back to my house to eat the sandwiches, that were remade, they were so poorly made, so much sauce you couldn't even taste the meat. I ended up throwing them away! Total waste of money and time. You guys better tighten up on the management side or you will end up losing your customers. I am not usually the one to make reviews but this was an absolute horrible experience so I hope this serves as a wake up call before you lose anymore customers.
