Freddys Turtle Sundays are our favorite treat. Double toppings are pricey but worth it as a special treat for us. They have Always been great except for tonight. Paid the extra price and got home to find ice cream only half filled and no extra toppings at all. Called and talked to the manager Jasmine and she was awesome but still sad about the long drive to get them to get home to a disappointing treat.

Definitely not worth 12.50$ better off going to McDonald's or Wendy's, also put only 1 napkin that was soaked in chili from fries.

Came for a shake with a friend. Came here around 4pm. Friend ordered some food and I ordered a shake. Drive through was kinda busy. No one inside. Friends food came out really slowly.. 15mns later. No sign of my shake. Asked where it was? Told "oh just a minute"..group of teens came in clearly knew staff. All grouped around counter chatting about whatever. My friend finished his food. Still no shake. After the group of teens got thier food and clearly preferential treatment. I went back and asked hey.. Where's my chocolate shake? Deadpan stare returned. I said hey can I just get money back if no shake? Told "no let me get your shake"...handed me 5 mins later a very messed up looking shake almost half empty. I said I don't want that looks like someone else been eating it. I left. Wasted 8 bucks for no reason. Are these kids just eating peoples stuff? What the fudge guys?

Fast food is fast food, right?! Not necessarily. For one thing you can get a Freddy's original double smash burger for the same price as a big mac meal. The difference is HUGE!!! You can taste the quality in Freddy's over all the other fast food joints. I've never had a bad meal at any of their places. This one in particular was great just but them showing extra service to eaters in need. This was awesome to witness. Keep it up!!!
