  Hey Gibs, is this the kind of quality you provide to your customers? Visited Saturday and this was how you prepared my bagel. To top it off you ask for tips on this quality of product? Sad I spent my money on something like this.

  I wasn't feeling well yesterday from all the smoke in the air. Nothing sounded good to eat except a blt bagel. It was so so good! I went back again today for another, they forgot my cream cheese and my pickle. I called them and they offered to remake it for me. It was even better than yesterday. They were so nice and made it right. The bagel bites are fabulous! The bagels are delicious, the raspberry truffle latte was the best I've ever had, you've got a customer for life! My son loved his breakfast bagel and he's kind of a picky eater. He ate the whole thing. We will definitely be back. Thank you guys so much!!!

  The bagels at Gibs are delicious, but the service is unbelievably slow. No matter the time of day, I always end up waiting 15-20 minutes even when there are only 1-3 cars ahead of me. Today was the final straw - I specifically asked for plain cream cheese and got bacon cream cheese instead. I’m vegan, so that’s not just frustrating, it’s unacceptable. Great food doesn’t make up for the lack of care and consistency.

  The majority of the employees at this location need serious attitude adjustments. It's constantly chaotic and unorganized-orders are usually incorrect. If making a bagel is too difficult then they shouldn't be working there. I live closest to the Windsor location but choose to drive 20 minutes into Fort Collins because the Windsor location is THAT bad. Highly recommend you don't come to this Gibs.
