  Not a great experience, I went through the drive through and waited 15 minutes for 1 24 oz coffee and 1 breakfast sandwich. The coffee was the wrong order and was made with water not milk. The sandwich was not toasted. I went for a refund since I paid almost $15 for my order. I asked for the refund and explained what happened. The lady with dark hair was very kind and understanding but there was a blonde haired woman who was very defensive and rude cutting into the conversation. I told them about the coffee and the blonde said "well I didn't know that you ordered a different drink" I said okay I just want a refund please. And she then went on to explain that the 24oz is made with only one shot of expresso and water. I ordered a white mocha with non fat milk and got a mocha with 1 shot and water and 1 dhot of flavoring. I said I would just like a refund please again the short black haired lady started the refund and when they asked about the sandwich I said it wasnt toasted and was falling apart. They both said they toast all of their sandwiches. I pulled out the floppy bread and the blonde changed her answer and said "we dont toast them we only warm them" I said again id just like the refund. After the refund the blonde asked "do you want a new drink since that part was actually our fault?" I just said no and thank you for the refund. The poor black haired girl asked for help with the refund and was ignored. The whole experience was very intense but I was able to get a refund at the end of it so that was nice.

  LOVE the atmosphere and normally the customer service, however the cost for items they have not perfected is what made them loose stars in this review. The milk shakes are watered down and taste like It was made with ice like smoothies. The Frozen mocha tast like coffee beans and chocolate blendef with ice. Ant other restaurant makes a better blend (McDonald's, Burger King, Chickfila, Starbucks, Ziggis,....

  Found this place in the town up the street, and it was exactly what I needed! First visit we ordered avocado toast, which was absolutely scrumptious. We also had a caramel macchiato and chai tea latte, which hit the spot. Oh, can’t forget the turnover! The atmosphere is very comfortable and even offers a room that has comfy chairs and a large table for meetings. This is a great place to do some computer work while enjoying a coffee.
