  I changed my review as it seems that JJ has decided to not sell Ice Tea any longer and only offers water for diabetics. All the drinks contain sugar or fake sugar. This is discrimination towards diabetics. Unless they put Ice tea back they have lost a good customer.
  
  I have to change this review as I had not opened my sandwich yet and when I did open it I was so angry. I go to JJ because there's always a sufficient amount of meat and there was barely any meat. I am a regular 2 to 4 times a month but the cut the amount of meat down. It's bad enough food is expensive but cutting portions will only make customers leave.
  Ya'll need to fix things or I will not be back.
  Only thing I don't like is the employees put gloves on to make food, which is great. The problem is they touch their clothes, hats and face, etc, with their gloves on. Which is very un sanitary and defeats the purpose of gloves.
  While I appreciate the owner responding to my original review, I am still a very disappointed customer.
  Miles knows me and can confirm I am a repeat customer for a long time.

  Have the manager a chance to make our order correct and they made it just as terrible as the first try! Rotten lettuce, onion and soaked bread that is falling apart.
  
  Top it off the delivery driver through down the bag with the remade sandwiches on my coworkers desk.

  I wish I could rate it zero, walked in and there was another customer inside yelling about drivers, I barely got done with a sentence before my sandwich was wrapped and ready without asking if I wanted anything on it, then when I brought it to their attention I was met with an abrasive response and terrible customer service. I will be letting anyone who will listen know about my experience. Do better, could've got decent service anywhere else. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, GO ANYWHERE ELSE...ABSOLUTELY AWFUL

  I don't understand what has happened over the last few weeks here. This jimmy johns has become hostile to any and all customers. I've seen 3 managers now actively cuss or insult other employees. This place was fine a few weeks ago. Most recently I witnessed a skinny employee with a beard and longer hair touch himself and then make a sandwich. Yes he was wearing gloves but sticking your hand into your pants and then touching food should be criminal.
