I had went in last night and automatically helped, he made sure to make us comfortable and was rlly good with conversation and just overall a really good guy. He did give me a few croc pins, a free drink. He cleared the chairs for us to sit down when all the tables were took. He’s just rlly needs a raise or to be recognized, and he wasn’t just like this with me and my aunt he was also like this with every customer that walked in and even the ones who left. His name was Maxwell or Marcel I have a picture of the signature as well and this happened Friday, August 22nd of 2026 durning the late shift.

Writing this review at the table before even receiving my food. The servers are absolutely wonderful and welcoming. Just moved to CO from Tacoma WA and this is the only spot to eat that has felt like “home” so far. Thank you Wing Shack team!!!

Our Wing Shack order was wrong, which was frustrating at first, but the manager, Apple, completely turned the experience around. She was so kind, understanding, and easy to work with when I called to explain the issue. It’s rare to find customer service that genuinely makes you feel heard and valued. Because of how well she handled everything, we’ll absolutely continue being customers. Thank you, Apple, for the great service!
