  The people at this location aren’t doing their job. At the first window the guy didn’t greet us and was super weird, we asked for a receipt and he was weird with us about that too.
  I ordered a diet soda and regular soda and they can’t even tell me which one is which and didn’t seem to care if we could figure it out.
  Can your workers show even a single ounce that they care about what they’re doing? I’m paying with my money and I should be getting what I’m ordering.

  This one is mid. Hit or miss every time either pretty good or garbage. Roll of the dice really. The sandwiches are usually fine, the fries are where they struggle the most. The drinks are my biggest issue. Sometimes randomly I get an order and my drinks are all diet. I don’t drink diet. I don’t know if this is a syrup loading issue or a person filling drinks issue. All I do know is that I can’t drink diet drinks and I regularly randomly get served them when I didn’t order it.

  By far the worst experience ive ever had! At any restaurant , it took about 35 MINUTES ! To recieve my order. I finally walk up to see whats going on , not only do they not have my order ready, its not even on que to be fulfilled , they completely forgot or lost me . 2 people who place their orders after me recieved theirs before i did .And all i got was my order (not as i asked by the way) and a sorry for the 35 MINUTE WAIT! … ill never return !

  We have a pretty limited selection of spots to get a good burger in our small town. So, we opted for mcd's tonight. After waiting in line for longer than it was worth, this is what I found when I made it home. Reg size fries were half full, quarter pounder "deluxe" looks like someone fist fought it, and not pictured but the nuggets look and taste like they were run over by a car. They can't offer me enough free food through their app to go back to this place. This isn't the first time we've gotten horrible quality food from here, just the first time it's been bad enough to leave a review for. Please do better.

  Staff is extremely rude and waited 35min in a empty lobby to get my food. Anytime I asked the staff for a update on my food they said" it will be ready when it's ready". I'd escalate it to a regional manager but I think the manger that was rude to me was the regional manager because she was in business casual clothes. They also have a little wheel you can spin yo get free items if you give them a 5 star review. So I would guess most of the decent reviews were finessed with free ice cream cones. The lady was god awful to a door dasher that came through there too. Not much to be impressed about
