  I ordered two cheeseless pizzas because my husband is lactose intolerant and I have my own food issues, which usually is no problem for a pizza place. I thought this would be a great time to try ordering from Pizza Hut, since they even have an option to let you select no cheese instead of having to call and ask if they can change it. However, this is the worst pizza I have ever seen. Two pizzas, burnt so badly that the bread and pepperoni are black.
  
  Edited to say that when I called, the manager sounded a little mean, but offered to remake the pizza and explained why it was burnt. When I got there in person she was very kind and apologized, and said that it was because their sauce burned really easy. She tried to have it remade and even took it out a little early this time, but it was still burnt. So at least now I know it wasn't on purpose. I'm grateful that she genuinely tried to fix the problem. However, I still probably won't be ordering here again. There are several other places that can make cheeseless pizzas that taste absolutely delicious without being burnt at all, let alone as burnt as this one. I think I will stick to those places.

  Incredible service!
  
  This is perhaps the most amazing experience I have ever had with a restaurant (and I have eaten at the Ritz, London). I had ordered my usual, a supreme, which can be quite hit and miss at other establishments. Not here though. When I placed my order, I was treated to an incredibly polite and well mannered young woman (Isabella?) whom assisted me in tailoring the pizza around my dietary needs (if I so much as look at gluten, I will need to spend the next day in the bathroom! (not pretty)). Soon after, the charming young lady said that my order was confirmed and that it would take ~30mins, to my great and happy surprise the pizza arrived in just 10 minutes!!!! incredible! Even luckier still, who should greet me at the door with my pizza? None other than the ever-smiling and warm Isabella whom wished me a fantastic night and off she went. I have never tasted such a depth of flavor from a gluten free pizza, but this one was truly delightful. I will be certain to order from here again!

  This is the worst pizza i have ever had. On top of being the worst pizza, and breadsticks.....it was frozen cold. We had a house full of friends and family over and decided to order pizza hut. WHAT A MISTAKE. Lisa the manager has such a NASTY attitude and is a liar. She claims she made our order, and it was top of the line. If this is how the manager makes orders, you can imagine how the rest of the crew is trained. We called to complain about the order, and got total attitude from lisa. She said she would send the driver back out to pick up the rest of the pizza to issue a refund. The driver showed back up, again, on his phone. He had to let the person go, so he could call the manager to say some of the pizza was gone. We had 9 people here, everyone dug in as soon as the order arrived because it took almost 2hrs, and 40min after the app said it was out for delivery. Simultaneously everyone complained about the pizza, flavor, and being cold. We were told we would get a full refund. Several days later, they charged my card for half the order cost. Then each day since they keep running more money charged to my card. Ive had to cancel my card now because these thieves are scamming my credit card. We are in the process of working with corporate to get this manager fired, and get our refund. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Ive posted a photo as well to show the over 2inches of crust, or more all around all the pizzas. So half a slice is basically crust.

  Ordered two medium pizzas,6 wings a brownie and cheese sticks last night delivered to motel cost 60 dollars. Ask for no mushrooms there was mushrooms on the pizza. It was supposed to be hand tossed with super thin," Do not recommend".

  My first order had less “boneless wings” than I ordered, so I called and asked that they be replaced. They sent another driver out and this is what I got when they tried to make it right. Unbelievable, fire the staff or don’t order form this clown house
