  Oh my goodness! I love the Staff here! Everyone is always helpful or checking on you in case you need help. But then I had to get immunizations for work & the Pharmacist was SO funny!! I then got the 20% off groceries coupon which was super helpful!🙌🤗

  Got glizzy from warm food section. Took home. Unwrapped it. It was this weird grey/green color and smelled off. No glizzy for this big dog. Brought sadness to my home and family. Shame on you Safeway, for providing a very unsafe to eat hotdog. When you plug this review into AI to respond you better be bummed about my hotdog sadness.

  I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this location. I attempted to return an unopened Signature Select item and was immediately told that the return could not be processed. To better understand the policy, I contacted another location and was informed that they would be happy to assist with the return.
  
  What frustrated me most was how the situation was handled by the manager, Margherita. I felt completely dismissed. Rather than taking the time to have a conversation with me, explain the reasoning, or try to find a solution, she immediately shut down the request and simply said no. There was no effort made to help or address my concerns.
  
  As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to at least feel heard, even if a request cannot be accommodated. Instead, I left feeling frustrated, dismissed, and disappointed with the overall experience. I will not be shopping at this location anymore.

  One would think having someone staffing/working the meat counter would be a top priority on Sunday? Management, lots of people waited and waited for help at the meat counter... Many customers circled back numerous times... Shelf stocking staff and store shopping staff witnessed the problem. Not a single employee did a thing about it... Very disapointing. Safeway can do better.

  The quality control at this store is absolutely terrible. We have had nothing but issues with their grocery pickup. Every order is contaminated with moldy berries, expired food and unusable meat. We’ve wasted so much time and money at this store. I’ve filed complaints with the health department and the state because management does not seem to care and staff is combative about addressing the issue.
