  This is my go to location! I love when Kaleb is working, he is so fun and takes the time to make my experience better and more personal. This location can get very busy on the weekends in the mornings and even through the rush he has a smile on his face! I will add, my toasted coconut cold brew was amazing this morning!

  Kaleb at this location is extremely rude. I’m a regular and come here all the time. I’ve always loved my experience until Kaleb starting working the drive thru. He’s super nice to me but for some reason absolutely hates my husband. Everytime we go through the drive thru he’s extremely rude when my husband is the one driving. The first incident we sat in the long line and then asked for a pup cup once we were at the window. He suddenly got super short with us and told us that we needed to order it in advance, when the truth was, we had forgotten to ask for it to the speaker box because our baby was crying.
  
  The second incident happened just now. We pulled up to the window and he was nice and polite when he handed us our drinks. My husband then just asked for a couple straws and he reached over and grabbed them, almost threw them into our car, and then slammed the window shut without looking at us or saying anything else. It’s like you can’t request anything else when you’re already at the window with him or he gets extremely rude to my husband, but is never that way to me if I’m the one alone in the car. It’s making me start to drive all the way to Loveland for my Starbucks when this location is 2 miles from me. It’s starting to feel hostile to go there.

  I have been coming here and working on my college assignments for about a year now, and this place has been awesome. It is always clean, with great atmosphere. The best part about it is the staff. They are very friendly, going above and beyond to bring me my drinks when I get my computer set up to work. Nothing but good things to say about them!
