The online order stated it was ready and nothing was ready placed an online order and the staff stood there doing absolutely nothing. No greet no how can I help you after repeated eye contact I finally spoke up. Staff went and looked at the machine printout and stated I will get to it now “I guess”. Who employs these people if they have zero want or care about their establishment. If I could give zero stars I would. This is an embarrassment of an establishment. I recommend no one visits this location to keep the doors open. The franchisee should have their franchise rights taken.

I wasn’t even able to order after standing and waiting for the 2 workers to finish talking. This location needs to do better. You can’t order online because it’s never correct but going in store apparently isn’t an option either.

Every sandwich in the order was wrong. one even had LITERAL TRASH from a wrapper in it. My sandwich despite asking for extra spinach had 4 leaves, and the tuna was warm and smelled moldy. They have their phone disconnected so its only a busy tone when you call. Save your money, their dumpster out back has better quality. Went in for a refund, as of now still nothing has been credited.

Rae is amazing! I had a mix-up with my order and I went there to fix it and she helped me out. I couldn't appreciate her anymore. She deserves all the props
