I ordered 2 sandwiches on way to work. I specifically put toasted in notes. After I could not eat them because I was on my way to work and couldn’t go back I called and told them my situation and they didn’t care to make it right nor refund so stay away. From this location

12/8/2025 on this day the la salle location closes at 9:30pm (it’s a Monday) the current worker was locking up the doors at 8:40pm. I am extremely upset about this and hope that action is taken so this doesn’t happen again.

Manager was very RUDE!!!! I can in to order 6 footlongs yes with out a coupon!! And he acted like I was taking time away from him having a smoke break! He was verbally, being disrespectful. I do want to file a complaint about this manager.
