It’s very alarming to hear the barista say “I didn’t make this with oat milk” to a coworker and still try to hand out a wrongly made drink to someone with a dairy intolerance. The cherry on top was the very bad hospitality and the lack of customers in the line to justify said behavior. My question is, how do I come back to a loved local establishment when I don’t trust that I won’t leave with a stomach ache due to negligence?

I get the Bob Marley and they never fail on their service. The ladies that work here are kind and passionate about the best Service. Thank you thank you thank you!

The food is good, even though the items I want are rarely actually in stock. Every drink I buy that is mocha based, no matter what the flavor is supposed to be, tastes like mocha. I tried the peppermint mocha with cherry. Only mocha. Gave up on the peppermint drink last year. And if you ask for a stronger flavor, you get to pay for it. I only still go because my kids get the same drink every time. And it's mocha based.

It was my first time coming here, and the workers were so friendly. Service was fast and the coffee tastes great. Got a pleasant first-timer surprise from them! I will be coming again next time I'm in town.
