  We had lunch on a Monday. We looked at menu online so we knew what we were ordering before we went inside! The dining area is nice, very casual. Waitress asked us about drinks and we ordered them. She left menus and went for drinks. When she returned we had already glanced at menus and set them aside. She brought our drinks, dropped them off , turned around and left the table. We thought she would come right back. After 10 or so minutes, I went to kitchen and asked if they had someone to take our order. That person started looking for our waitress. She came to the table a short time later and took our order. Food came out pretty quickly. The French dip was excellent! Very tender meat, and flavorful without being too salty. Manager came and asked if everything was ok. We were offered a dessert, which we declined but he did give us a discount because of poor service. Later the waitress brought us more drinks which we did not ask for or want. I think I would give one more chance....but she should practice her skills more. We left a small tip, but we planned a much larger one as part of our meal. We would eat there again as food was very enjoyable. Just hope we would get better service!!!

  If you’re not wearing a polo or look a certain way the wait staff may snub you for 20 minutes until you just leave, even after politely asking how seating and service works.
  
  Sad the prejudice that seems to run this establishment, and more evidence in prior reviews. Management should consider the impression this gives and consider a members club if that’s what they intend on serving.

  This place is a hidden gem in NoCo. So many of the servers and bartenders are friendly and attentive like Mackenzie P, Scottie, and Kiera. And the managers Chris and Jessie are always there with a wonderful smile to say hi. Food is awesome especially the specials and their Mac and Cheese and has some of the best views in NoCo. 10/10
