If I could leave a zero star review, I would but unfortunately, I have to leave one star.
This is the second time this has happened to me! The first time it was with my Asiago Ranch Club Sandwich, my chicken was raw and all I got was oh am sorry I can replace that for you. I don't want a replacement I just want my money back. Unfortunately Fort Lupton, is a such a small town that there is very limited pick of restaurants or fast food around when you are on the go with kids.
This second time was today and I didn't wanna go back but my kids wanted wendy's. They forgot my kids chicken nugget meal 10count!! Instead of making sure that my order was correct, the manager was worried about me, paying .50 cents a for dipping sauce!! Do your job and make sure the order is good to go! Instead of .50 cents that doesn't even get ringed out or counted for. Try calling and letting the manager know and she just hung up on me not very professional for her role! My whole order was cold and old.

Had a great experience. Employees were having fun and very friendly (all dressed liked Minons), fast service and food was fresh and delicious. Best of all, entire place was clean and orderly. Best Wendeys experience my family ever had.

We just came through the drive-thru. My number 8 spicy had no cheese, no bacon and a ton of ranch. Our other two burgers had extra cheese when we said no cheese. Just placing our order was ridiculous, rushing and trying to basically throw the food out the window. It wasn’t even busy… one car was in front of us that’s it. Spent 35 bucks for half ass food.

I use to think the bad service was because all the kids working here. But now they got adults working there and they still can’t get an order right it’s pathetic. Now I know they just purposely go out of their way to wreck peoples orders. When you say no mayo but they drench the burger in mayo it pathetic.
