  Wanted to try a different restaurant in Windsor. Unfortunately it did not work out here. The Bacon Wrapped Jalapeños were not what I expected and they were over cooked to the point of charring. The potato came with red chili and the flavor was unappealing, at least to me. It had some heat but that did not make up for the flavor. The pulled pork was pretty good.
  
  They do have a huge selection of whiskey, bourbon, etc. so probably a good place to go for that. Maybe that is why the 4.5 star rating.
  
  The server did knock a couple of dollars off my order and said I should let them know next time if I had a problem. But I think he should have seen the jalapeños were overcook, unless that was how they normally came?

  Love this place! We’ve been a few times and are always happy with the food, drinks, staff, music, and atmosphere. Great whiskies of all types. Good mules. And the “Getting Piggy With It” and the Mac and Cheese were fantastic. Edgar recommended a good Rye (Widow Jane Apple Wood) and was just cool. We’ll be back!!

  Don’t get me wrong, it was a decent meal. There is a big difference between a restaurant that serves drinks and a bar that serves food. This is definitely a bar that serves food. There was really nothing about the meal that stood out as outstanding or peaked our interest to give it another try.

  The food was good. The service was good. They have an extensive menu for a pub and plenty of variety. If you're a whiskey drinker, look no further, they have a bazillion to choose from! However, the atmosphere was awful. There may be more uncomfortable booths somewhere, but I'm not certain. There may be more annoying music played somewhere, but again, I'm not certain. Look around, play music for your crowd, not just headbanging loud crap that drowns out all conversation.
